If this refers to this motion, this might mean a "surreply" and something I have never seen before, a "Remark" are still due.
This seems interesting enough to me that I might have to do some digging into Pacer on this case later in the week. Don't have any time beginning because of other matters, so don't count on a post from me on this. Maybe another attorney here has the time to do some digging.
