Someone on stocktwits posted the top 10 cancer drugs (in sales). Here was my observation -
Leronlimab either has the same effect as those drugs or in the cases of Darzalex, Perjeta and Xtandi has the same effects on the downward pro-tumor cascades as those drugs. Leronlimab also has other positive anti-tumor effects not seen in those drugs. Leronlimab is all combined without SAEs.
Revlimid - angiogenesis inhibitor
Opdivo - PD-1 inhibitor
Imbruvica - BTK inhibitor
Keytruda - PD-1 inhibitor
Ibrance - CDK4/6 inhibitor
Tecentriq - PD-L1 inhibitor
Darzalex - EGFR -T790M
Perjeta - HER2 receptor blockade
Xtandi - androgen receptor binding
Avastin - binds VEGF
