Ok gang, here is my research on the board members. it's become my opinion that the July 16 PR detailing the board members was misworded. I have a hunch that rather than saying "Mr. Liu Yicheng (originally Liu Chuanyi)" it meant to say "Mr. Liu Yicheng (legal name: Liu Chuanyi)." Liu is the surname (family name or last name), and I do think it's common in China to take on different names in different settings. However, it's just a guess right now, so i'm not posting it anywhere else as it's not useful without evidence.

I emailed Danforth for confirmation. She responded that she forwarded my email to management so they could respond directly. Liu Chuanyi is listed as the legal rep. for Pangbo on the chinese-language business website i use for research, and I find no mention of the name in any of the Pangbo articles, so it makes sense to me. That would also clarify the three other names on the PR that show up differently on the Nevada SOS list. If I don't hear back, it still seems fine to me, because Liu Chuanyi is consistently listed as a legal rep for Pang Bo in the research I've done.

If I'm right, then this is the board composition i have so far:
Liu Yicheng (Liu Chuanyi) - President/director of board. Head of Pang Bo.
Cao Yilin (Cao Zhong) - Director. Chairman of Baiyi Group.
Zhang Jinyuan (Zhang Lianzhong) - Director. Chairman of Hua'ao investment group.
Liu Chuangong (Liu Tao) - Treasure/director.
Gu Juan - Secretary/director. Former Sr. Manager of Shanghai Yicheng.
Sun Peng - Director.
