Agree, no investigation forces a CEO or Company to forgo their responsibilities to shareholders IMHO! Which makes me believe whatever is going on would be far worse to report than not, if that's possible. So, it's possible not reporting anything is a calculated thing from Joe. Regardless of what the real truth is, the market tells us what it thinks about GNBT. Obviously, it's not good. Folks might be able to put shares up for sale, but what good is it if you can't buy on most exchanges. Even the day traders can't do anything. Unfortunately, this very well could be heading down an even worse road.
