I ordinarily would not post something from a PM publicly but I am sure this idiot is spreading the same thing among other members of the CYDY board and so it should be refuted publicly as I did in my response to the PM.
You didn't know even know it existed so you certainly don't.
You must not have read the agreement very closely. If Cytodyn doesn't pay money owed to the surety company and Welch has to cover it then Welch is owed the money paid, a penalty and 10% a year. He does not get the patents. Even in the case of a default the agreement gives Welch a security interest in the patents not the patents themselves. In the case of a default of payments by Cytodyn and a bankruptcy the patents would be sold at auction and the bankruptcy court would give Welch the money owed to him (but no more) from the sale of the patents.
Neither the article you quote nor the statement from the FDA page say anything about Cytodyn being a target of the OCI. Which makes your statement that the letter comes from the OCI a complete lie.
Are you done making yourself look like a complete fool yet.

The FDA letter is not from an errant bureaucrat, it is from the CRIMINAL DIVISION of the agency .
