The short/long term SP will adjust according to the information revealed...and my sense is they did a complete reversal of the original status quo...which was to keep everyone engaged with bi-monthly CC's...that had little to no effect...except go south...with more red days than green...I think they have put a tourniquet on the information flow until by the nature of compliance laws they have to reveal...be it good or bad. Until such time, we have positive news...the shorts will nibble...the hook is not set... just yet.
