Hopefully the new CEO "Edward Schmults" (former Goldman Sachs banker) will manage this company much better than Matt Hawkins. Hopefully this merger is actually the new CEO buying out Matt Hawkins just like he took over the company from the "guru" Steve DeAngelo. I would be very happy now to see a new release stating that Matt Hawkins has left the company.
