I saw some unmasking court case with LieHub from years ago and they have a Florida office which seemed to be the legal basis to be in the USA but most of their operations is in London. I suspect the Astra team has connections in the UK community if you deep dive them on LinkedIn.

It will suck to be them sooner or later is my guess.
