I think it is going to go reasonably well. As mentioned I just bought another 100K shares. Why? Because LL is a good medicine and CYDY has a core of 4 people who can either get LL a FDA approval or package CYDY into a partnership or buyout. There is a strong supporting cast and these 4 are:
Dr. Rae- Earned a PhD in virology and a JD. A pretty good combo that tells you he will work for something until he gets it. I suspect He has 3 or 4 Big Pharmas lined up waiting for further discussions about topline results or more likely a FDA approval. He didn't come back to CYDY just for grins, giggles and old times. He is the negotiator and very well equipped to match wits with BP, wherever in the world that may be and be well rewarded for doing so.
Dr. Recknor- Knows how to do a study and how to read the results. He will have the data in a form that the FDA will understand and can negotiate further studies with the FDA as they come up.
Tanya Urbach- Since she has been on the Oregon Securities Board since 2007 with a 4 year break, she has seen the mistakes that companies make that hurt their success first hand. Some criminal...some not. Now that she is the Board Chair she, along with SA bring a sense of doing business correctly to CYDY. I'd bet that NP, due to his overwhelming enthusiasm was considered to be a loose cannon, so was let go with a clear change in how information is to be distributed as a result. She knows what must be released to us shareholders and when.
Dr. Kelly- I think he is the glue that bonds together management and the board. He interacts with the CYDY members and probably keeps everybody there informed about what is happening. He knows LL. Plus he and Ms. Urbach are the ones most likely looking for the new CEO
So we have a good molecule and we have excellent people. I think it is going to go OK. It'll take longer than we think, because it always takes longer than it should to achieve anything of value.
