Per trial protocols. Highly unlikely the FDA would have allowed it to be used as monotherapy in a cancer trial when it was unproven. It's possible that leronlimab may have enhanced activity in combination with drugs that promote tumor cell killing. But not all of them have awful side effects. Something like galinpepimut-S which is for WT1 overexpressing tumors and has low incidence of side effects might be beneficial.
