He is saying that a CEO might be cautious about joining a company until they know if the BLA is salvageable. I don't see that as an impediment because HIV is not Cytodyn's only iron in the fire. Cytodyn may have other things more important right now then a CEO search or it might come down to making sure they don't get a second rate hack.
