Not sure if you are being facetious or not.  I tried to look for that document myself and couldn't find it but then again I have a hard time finding stuff on there.  I did find that it was still pending which isn't a great surprise since they just put in for the permit.  I'm of the opinion give me everything good and bad and let me draw my own opinion.  I tend to be very skeptical especially since all the talk of rigs on the way running into the CC.
