The Sound of Silence: Thus far we do not hear the sirens of any ambulance chasing securities' law firms circling cydy. I take that as a sign that securities violations are not occurring due to the silence of cydy. Annoying as hell but apparently cydy C suite conduct is not illegal.
Whether the silence is ultimately determined to be justifiable however, is something only time will tell. If cydy's silence is determined to be understandable given its current circumstances, then all will be good. On the other hand, if the silence is a symptom of a 'deer in the headlights' affliction, there will be a reckoning.
