I didn't minimize or maximize anything about fiduciary duty, I said plain and simple that management's first duty is to the company. That is not minimizing, it is just a plain ol' fact. Nothing more or less. No emotion in it.

That being said, as I previously stated, unless there was a BO coming (which I doubt), total silence to shareholders after an abrupt firing of the CEO and the NASH results we were told would be ready by now, plus on every other front while the SP bleeds out is odd, because a partnership NDA would not cover 100% of everything that the BOD could tell shareholders in this situation.
