USS: While I agree with you that just on POTENTIAL (a very dirty word) we should be $50/share, look at it like this: if you have the best possible football player at every position on your team, you'd think you have a great chance of winning based on potential, right? Well, now picture a management suite for that amazing potential, that likes to punt on first down. You're not going to win many games or realize that great potential.
Unless and until strong, experienced, and highly skilled leadership takes command of CYDY's trials and financing, things will remain as they have been for the past 3 years, which means great potential but an inability to move the ball. I know, I know...they've added a person or two, but it's going to take more than adding potential dealmakers, it's going to take getting the company and shareholders a good deal.
CYDY used to have have more leverage in negotiating, and I just have no idea what kind of leverage they have now, especially with the patents on the line. That's just Dealmaking 101.
