Yes, Marc, thanks, I HAVE heard of fiduciary duty (think I read about it on a Dixie cup once) which is why I CLEARLY stated that the Board's first duty is to the company and not us.
My point is that there is, at this time, only reason for the SP to drop, not increase, with nothing but silence. NDA's are generally not so broad as to say "you cannot say a word about anything at all" when a company like CYDY has so much allegedly going on, UNLESS perhaps it is for a total buyout of the company.
