I don't normally start seeing any major moves or updates on bid and ask until about a half hour prior to the open. I am guessing it will be moving up early and possibly pre market.. just depends on weather or not the "memo" as i like to call it got out to everyone. Probably a lot of people don't know about it yet. I bet we get a press release today or tomorrow also.. A fun day ahead for us that's pretty much a given!
