I think they are as Dr. Kelly said, 'waiting on approval' and that would mean out of Brazil, NASH 700, mTNBC, or HIV or even LH trial.
IMO, that's all that is going on and getting a new CEO is not a top priority. I have a feeling we will hear soon.
BTW, that FDA/BP letter was really, really weird, and failed to mention our Long Hauler trial. Plus the wording sounds less like warning and more like bashing. I love this sentence and its word order to imply LL is dangerous when they mean Covid19 is dangerous. Pure hit letter!
