It could be a half a dozen things, nobody really knows because of the complete information shutdown. I think a buyout is very unlikely. With no BO we push forward on getting an EUA or approval. If there is no NDA based on partnership talks then the management needs to release information to bolster the share price and commence to pushing forward trials and the BLA. If that's the case then their current silence is pure mismanagement.
