Who says we have nothing left to lose?
The company has a lot of intrinsic value, IP on II-key, Oral-lyn, development pipeline of NGIO, Excellegen etc. This value exists independent of the current market cap.
So in my view there is still a lot to lose or the other way around a lot to protect by adhering to potential orders to keep their mouths shut.
