Actually I haven't looked at that since I think Feb 11. That was the day I had the email exchange with the transfer agent who told me the OTC Markets info was current. On that day the info was dated 2/1.
There was a bunch of selling in the 10 days from 2/1 to 2/11 and I think there were some people wondering if shares had come off restriction. The 2/15 update you're pointing out shows that none have and the OS is the same. I think that's a pretty significant piece of DD so thanks for pointing it out. No one else here had pointed it out yet.
Most companies update share structure on OTC Markets on a monthly basis. Us getting updated every 2 weeks seems significant to me. Pretty sure the company would have to pay extra for that service.
