Has all of this been known and pointed out in messages by a certain user, who calls himself NYD, a gazillion times before? YES!!

Have I replied to these types of messages many times before that under a still possible gag order it might simply be impossible (without doing more harm than good to the companies) to provide the updates WE ALL are so desperate to receive? YES!!!

So it is still very possible, that some progress you seem to know for fact never happened, just because we haven't heard from the companies about it, might as well be a reality, and company officials are just not allowed to talk about it.
