Let's see this company finally generate $1 of revenue from its own assets. That won't happen because they own nothing.
"Know what you own" is so appropriate here. They own ZERO solar powered bus shelters. Based on financials, they don't own equipment any longer. Their solar panel patents have been collecting dust because they're broke with no money (read the last 10-q) to build the prototypes necessary to get approved to get UL certs.
So "you own" a stock down 99% in a little more than a year with no projects launched and permits denied and no cash on hand and debt out the ying yang while the stock gets diluted more each month having to issue convertible shares because they can't pay a dime back against its loans.
