CD17 interim analysis is at 245 patients (612 =^ full enrollment) which was not changed as far as I can see in the PRs.
- As of 6th of January we had 38 patients enrolled (this was before the surge from ~10.000 to ~100.000 new cases/ day in brazil).
- We have 27 active trial sites for CD17 according to clinicaltrials.gov
=> since January 6th we would need each trial site to enroll 8 patients for interim analysis and 22 patients/ trial site for full enrollment.
Calculating from today, 46 days (~6,5 weeks) have passed since January 6th.
If they reach enrollment for interim today they had to enroll 1,2 patients/ trial site each week.
If they reach full enrollment today they had to enroll 3,4 patients/ trial site each week.
Sounds not like a hard challenge for AE under the current circumstances in brazil.
