NP's departure was long overdue. The mechanism of his removal IMO, while terribly slow and inefficient (costing the shareholders dearly), is nonetheless something which should be controlled by the BOD.
I don't believe control of 5% of the outstanding shares is sufficient for the the 13D to wrest control of the board, regardless of my frustrations.
I'm please that there has been a regime change, but also pleased that a group has not been placed in charge which apparently failed repeatedly to operate in an above-board manner.
