Re: HHIGambler #118697
I find the fact that Kelly stepped down as chairman of BOD with the firing of Nader interesting.
I recognize Kelly more as a science and fact based realist which can present himself, Cytodyn and LL very professionally. He would not be a roadblock in any negotiation.
He was and is also CMO of Cytodyn, so he shares some responsibility with Nader regarding (non) performance of management.
So reading the tea leaves, due to poor performance of management Nader was fired and Kelly had to step down as chairman of BOD. He kept his position as CMO since his knowledge is too valuable and he cannot be replaced easily.
We still do not have a signed deal (of which we shareholders are aware of) and the firing of Nader was a month ago. You do not fire your lead negotiator at the start or in between negotiations.
