Snark, I didn't look at every page on that website so thanks for posting.
Sure raises more questions.
First, that valuation could put shares at fifty cents.
Second, smart idea to make cyclical tests for viruses like Covid, and other diseases and such, for product diversity.
Third, USB Reader allows internet connection to QMCH adapted to these tests as a proprietary ecosystem. (Just Speculating!). They said they weren't going to market it to other companies, but if course the can still use it for themselves.
Fourth, is Innova concentrating on high end stem cell tests and therapies by Dr Todd Malan (and buying QD from QMC) while QMC works in next gen Covid and other tests which may be low end biz now?
Of course, none of this precludes the two companies from working together, I'm wondering where this is going, too.
