RTB's starting point of 176.4 million would be correct because we have 138.2 million shares reserved for warrants, options, Fife and convertible preferred stock. On the plus side if we hit $3 or so we can pay off Fife just from those reserved shares. Some of those shares reserved for warrants and options may be unexercised if they are expiring soon and may return to the fold.

Going with that 176.4 million starting point and 15 million to Welch we end up with 150,142,044 shares.
