.07, .06, .05., .04, .03, .02, .015's were supposedly all "GREAT PRICE POINTS". Those who bought at these PPS's are very much in the red. Those who bought way back in 2009-2010 at subpenny don't have the gains they once had and might be red if they averaged up. No proof of oil beyond 9.5 BPD, no proof that SJ #3 will prove out, and no proof of X-Factor. I think I'll wait on the buying as I have been since the 400 BPD was PR'd on Dec. 18th. Wheels are in motion to improve production. Bull is doing a lot of hard work and getting it done but if we are strictly talking PPS; I'll wait on it. Weighing the odds of picking up .02's on the way back up vs the chance of waiting on subpenny is a better bet vs thinking .013's are a bargain. I'll pay the extra .007/share and be sure we did the job vs buying now when so much continues to be up in the air.
