However is it possible the partner doesn’t want us using anymore shares and this was an easy way to get around the bond until the ink drys ? Can the partner pony up the money without triggering an 8-k and violating the NDA ? Probably not so we didn’t have many options so we used Welch instead of selling more shares ?
