This financing certainly seems to ensures that only Cytodyn or Welch will ever own Leronlimab.
Leronlimab can not be used as collateral for any other loan while this agreement stands. That's good, we don't want that.
As Cytodyn sells off the 200 million shares for financing, no hostile move to seize Leronlimab can succeed. LL is already encumbered.
I'm no legal or financial expert but this does seem to protect, in a away, Cytodyn and Leronlimab. Am I crazy?
