The Doctors and Courts refusing to give a dying person what ever they want to try is like sentencing a person to the death penalty when they hadn't even committed a crime.

Passing this death penalty against an innocent person even after the government made Right to Try legal, this just screams: I am God, and I get to determine whether you die or not.

They may some day find themselves in the same position, but of course, they are anointed, so they will get to change their stance.
