As of the last documentation I've seen, what's still outstanding to Fife is a portion of the $28.5 million note issued April 2nd and the full amount of the note issued April 23rd for the same amount.

Fife's been on a required monthly payment plan but we've been issuing him only a portion of the $7.5 million in shares he's supposed to get each month so we've fallen behind on these payments.
