If Joe was sidelined due to medical condition, and I do hope that is not the case with anyone and he is no exception, if this were a solid enterprise with interests to be advanced, the underlings would certainly have stepped up and rallied to the cause to assume management responsibilities as it would be in their own and everyone else's best interest to do so. This theory that Joe is not in a functional capacity seems to be poppycock.
