No, take a closer look at it. Take a look at the science, math, observations, papers, and working prototypes, and don't trust the "experts," who of course have their own entrenched interests. Mills' theory did predict that the expansion of the Universe was accelerating before measurement confirmed such. Mills explains what is dark matter (it is a lower energy form of hydrogen, which he calls the hydrino). His theory explains just about everything with one set of laws (from subatomic physics to gravity and the nature of the cosmos), which quantum mechanics doesn't do.

The amount of energy he is creating with his invention right now is astounding. It is not free energy, it is energy already present in hydrogen that is being released. Energy is always conserved, and all the other classical laws of physics are obeyed. All the other honest physicists know there are serious problems with many aspects of standard quantum mechanics (an electron that exists everywhere at once?, a particle that goes through two slits at the same time?, or "spooky action at a distance"?), which Mills solves.
