Well of course if NSF was complicit in any way with any wrongdoing by Amarex, they would be liable too. That goes without saying, but we have no evidence of anything just yet as far as I know.

But everything I said about liability in a limited liability company and warranties and representations when purchasing a company still stands as correct as well.
