I have and was on the fence about it for quite awhile. From two early very small placebo controlled blinded trials it looked like it had some moderate effect. But the confidence interval is quite large on small trials. Larger placebo controlled blinded trials have shown no effect.

As far as "real world" success that term is pretty laughable. In India do you count it a success that they widely used ivermectin but have been lying about their case counts and mortality for a long while now? How can you base your viewpoint on that?

Are you basing your viewpoint on meta-analysis studies? They're a joke. Are you basing it on studies like this?
