Re: the large Covid infection/hospitalization numbers in Brazil - isn't it unusual for a country to experience this kind of surge during their summer? I thought viruses spread most rapidly in cool/dry months.

Does this mean Brazil (and other southern hemisphere nations) could experience even more infections starting in May/June?
