Not quiet sure what your point is. The deal with the purchase of Amarex most likely (not sure of course, as I have not seen the paperwork) included language in connection with known lawsuits, potential lawsuits, and gross negligence.

I am going to guess that NSF is pretty well insulated here, sadly for us.
