Can't someone who has any of the principals contact info just ask if there is a NDA in place? What's all this pontificating going on? My company is in that process as we speak and I can either say "I can't say anything" or I can say "I have a NDA in place and am not allowed to talk about it". They have very different meanings in CYDY's arena.
