I don't think Amarex has the ability to pay what a lawsuit against them would fetch; I think we want to have NSF involved and handing over the piles of loot.

Even without ill intent, they absolutely destroyed the past 21 months for CYDY. How much have we borrowed from Fife in that time, when we needn't have borrowed a nickel? How much is a NASDAQ listing worth? And an approval of a drug which could have been used off-label to save almost countless lives -- how much is that worth to a company and to the world?
