Talk about a disconnect, the company has a 7.1M book valuation with a 500+M asset. If the valuation were anywhere near accurate, smart money would have loaded up on this stock. My better judgment tells me that the appraisal used some forward-looking non-traditional methodologies that would stand the test of the industry.
