A remain of the opinion that the silent period Is a function of them trying to figure out the CEO, and also the financial situation with the company. I am a long shareholder, and that is just my opinion. Doesn’t make me a pessimist.
My point is, we know they are searching for a CEO. We also know there are some daunting financial challenges facing the company right now. These two points are simply facts. We don’t have a true CEO, so in the absence of a point person, I can absolutely understand them not wanting to communicate until these things are figured out.
Also, are we really in a position of strong negotiating leverage for a partnership or buyout? It just doesn’t appear to me that we are.
I realize some will call me a Basher, but I’m just trying to make sense of this rationally. Trust me, no one would be happier to see a massive buyout or partnership come out of this silent Period.
