Off-label use of a drug or combo of drugs often represents the SOC. Beta-blockers for example are beneficial off-label prescribing...and such medications are in fact...FDA approved for the treatment of high blood pressure...but are widely recognized by cardiologists as a SOC for patients with heart failure...SO to answer your question...nothing stopping the doctors in tandem use...The benefit to us is... WE become the SOC...or as you so adroitly characterized the Molecule the "Swiss Army Knife of Pharmaceuticals" NOT...a bad place to be recognized. I believe it "opens" the door to many possibilities.
