Some might say Micah assisted in his comments seeing as how Sean had .. uh, let's say, uh ... limited capabilities when it came to understanding stocks, the SEC and running scam penny stock companies. I guess if someone like Micah had a full understanding of these type of operations and a full understanding of running scam penny stock businesses he might be helpful in such an endeavor what with him funding it and all. Sean had over a year's worth before he was stopped by Seafarer.
Practically grabbed this one at random but, wow, seems almost prophetic to what Micah was busted by the SEC for doing.
