What I know about Leronlimab's MOA against cancer I know because of that fantastic video on Cytodyn's home page.

Ohm20, do you have any criticisms of the anti-cancer MOA described there and, if so, could you describe them?
I would like to believe the video got it 100% right. If it is right, then it would seem that down regulating both CCL5 and CCR5 in the micro environment would allow the other immune components to function in an compromised fashion and stop metastasis and angiogenesis, etc.
