its quite possible there is an NDA in place at the moment where both Cytodyn and the partner or partner/buyer have to remain quiet. all NDA's have expiration dates when what we are speculating is in process so it usually is when an exclusive relationship is negotiating. we will see ..on the takeovers i have been involved in they are usually 90 days before the party being acquired or partnering with someone is allowed to move on and look at other options... during that 90 days its a deep dive into the company, reviewing possible legal actions or pending actions, how to absorb the company if its a buyout, etc.... the fact that there is zero coming out of the company for the past 4 weeks or so has me definitely leaning this way.
.there were rumors floating that someone who has a connection with NP said he has to remain quiet for 3 weeks which is up this week but am skeptical of that particular rumor unless someone on the boards can vouch for the person who put that out there.....
