I think it's possible the deal changed due to circumstances. As I meant to say in my last post Pasaca could still get a lot out of a relationship with QMC without majority ownership.

As to the stick reference, wasn't Pasaca and Innova totally in favor of what Squires was doing with QMCH? Maybe it's their fault. lol. Not that that matters anymore.

All I know is Sinopharm and Innova are in a JV about vaccines and QMC seems to have opened a business in Singapore to make vaccine anticounterfeiting tests. All without the necessity of a stick being applied anywhere. Time will tell.
