Just speculating, does any recent news or rumors tell you the Pasaca purchase is still on?

Could Innova have decided to scale back the purchase to some joint working agreement because they foresaw QMC's SEC problem on top of Innova's FDA problem as things each would be better off solving separately?

Given that Innova gets commission for introducing QMC to future clients, the Sinopharm connection could deliver good profits to Innova without having to oversee QMC, for one example.

If QMC now has self-supporting sources of revenue, there isn't a strong need for Pasaca to buy them. Could be things have changed on both fronts.
