A direct deceptive act regards the status of the Nugenerex dividends many are holding that are not marketable. These were not presented as conditional or contingent but rather deferred while the IPO process was advanced. Supposedly, n formal appraisal was complete and all that needed to be done was the application. I believe and underwriter was commissioned as agent, but we hear nothing from them or anyone else about progress. Again, this dividend was supposed to have been real and tangible, not dependent upon the actions of GNBT as a holding company. What gives?
